Rural Awareness Service is  a Non governmental Organisasion established by Mr.M.David Ratnam.  He inspired by a great social scientist by name Rev Father Windy an Italian who came to Andhra Pradesh to serve the 1977 cyclone victims , which was created a severe damage and distressed many families. Mr. David Ratnam is one of the close associate of Rev, Father Windy in social work.
