From the year 1991 to 1993 Rural Awareness Service implemented Adult Education programme in Prakash Nagar,Nambur,Venigandla,Jonnalagadda,and Koppuravuru villages of Pedakakani Mandal of Guntur District. The programme supported by Indian Bible Literacy(IBL)-Chennai

In the year 1992 RAS established IBL centers at Badepuram,Jonnalagadda,Lam,Nidumukkala and Tadikonda villages in Tadikonda Mandal,and in the year 1993 RAS established IBL centers in Pidaru,Pidaparthipalem,Thumuluru,Davulurur and Munangiv illages of Kolipara Mandal.In total 450 Adults are educated in all the centers and qualified to read and write bible lessons. For successful completion of the programme, Rev.Dr.(Mrs)joyes Scot distributed certificate of appreciation to all the students.
Medical And Health Camps
In the year 1994 Rural Awareness Service conducted Medical and Health Camps in the villages of Venigandla,Kopparavuru and Nambur of Pedakakani Mandal.RAS distributed medicines to all the beneficiaries who attended the medical camps with various deceases with free of cost.

Environmental Awareness Programme
In the year 1995 and 1995-1996 Rural Awareness Service implemented Two Environmental Awareness camps under the theme of Water and Elixir supported by the Ministry of Environment and Forest Govt.of India through the Regional Resource Agency of The Deccan Development-Hyderabad.for these two programmes 125 persons participated from all walks of life. Several NGO representatives and resource persons attended the programme.
