National Child Labour School

For the year 2006-2009 (three years) Rural Awareness Service implemented special National Child Labour school at Vengalarao Nagar,Nambur village,Pedakakani(Mandal) with fifty child labour children.This programme supported by the National Child Labour Project through Child labour project Guntur District.

Consumer Awareness Camp

In the year 2008, RAS conducted Consumer awareness camp in the village of Vengalarao Nagar,Pedakakani Mandal with the support of Consumer welfare fund, Government of India.

Skill Development Training

In the year 2008-2009 RAS implemented six months tailoring, embroidery work center with 25 students at Pedakakani village  under skill development training and placement for Adolescents in the age group of 14-18 years age.  This programme supported by the commissioner and Chief Executive Officer Rajiv udyogasri through the project director NCLP and District Employment Officer Guntur.
